All SKNDUSTRY products are developed in partnership with dermatologists and chemists. They are formulated and suitable for all skin types. Full ingredient lists are available on each product page and for any concerns, we recommend conducting a patch test or sharing our ingredient list with your healthcare provider before usage.

All SKNDUSTRY products are vegan and cruelty-free. All SKNDUSTRY products are non-comedogenic and hypoallergenic. All SKNDUSTRY products are free of:

• Fragrance
• Parabens
• Parfumes

Please review individual product descriptions for all ingredients.

We recommend sharing our ingredient list with your providers for review before usage.

• Change of mind
• Wrong size or item ordered
• Item received as a gift and unwanted
• Product defects or issues caused by shipping

3. No exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for any reason. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at info@skndustry.co immediately, within 48 hours of receiving the product, so we can resolve the issue. Please place your order number in the email.

4. Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Yes! All products are available for pick up Monday-Friday. Please allow 2-3 business days until your order is ready for pick up.

Please have your order number ready when you arrive for pick up. 

COLLECTIONS CAN BE PRE-ORDERED TO SHIP

We are so grateful for all of our patients interest in our products. 

If you purchase a CURATED COLLECTION, you can chose shipping at checkout. Individual products can not be shipped without the purchase of a Collection. 

Please note that shipping is only within the United States at this time.

PLEASE ALLOW 2 WEEKS BEFORE PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED OUT.

Our team begins processing orders quickly so we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders. Please contact our team immediately at info@skndustry.co with your order info and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed .During times of high order volume we are unable to cancel or edit orders. We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility.

Your payment method will be charged as soon as your order is processed.

As a new brand, we have a limited amount of inventory available for customers to purchase.
